At Raha Juniors, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Exchange Eligibility
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all items from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective/damaged items.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for exchange.
- Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to our fault) will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for exchange.
- Courier the item back to the address provided below.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be processed.
Shipping & Charges
- Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us.
- No delivery charges will be applied on the replacement shipment.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
- Only exchanges are facilitated under the above conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
- We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
