At Raha Juniors, we aim to deliver your little one’s outfits quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
- Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): 5–7 working days
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order value (if applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to receive your parcel.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email/SMS.
- You can track your order through the courier service provided.
Delivery Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
- Raha Juniors is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- The customer may be required to pay re-delivery charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear pictures for quick resolution.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
